I don't see my gun listed, can you make a holster for it?
For our basic made to order customs, we only make what is actually listed on the drop downs. If you are not sure, please email us. If you know it is not listed, we do offer a one off custom service. That one off custom service starts at $200 for a competition holster and goes up based on options.
What is the difference between the long and short QLS that you list?
The long is the standard QLS fork that Safariland makes and uses the bottom hole on the fork. The short is a pattern we made off of the QLS fork. We use the middle hole on the fork, this allows for a smaller attachment area and a better mold on smaller guns.
I have a thumb rest from (random manufacturer) and you don't list it. Why don't you list it? and....Can you make one?
We only make the thumb rest holsters for companies that work with us on ensuring proper fitment. We will not make a holster for a thumb rest that we cannot guarantee fit. Align Tactical, Atlas, Odin, and GoGun have supplied us with some rests that we can test with. At this point, they have only supplied us with right handed rests. If we do not offer it, email the manufacturer of the rest and ask them to reach out. If they do not want to help, we do offer the one off option.
I would like to have my logo, or some other image on the holster, can you do that?
We can do many images on holsters. Our custom printer will work with us on designing something that works for you and us. Generally speaking, long straight lines are not easy as we do stretch the kydex when molding. We typically recommend doing smaller images and randomizing them, with a slightly larger one where the gun sits. We will not do anything that is copyright protected.
How do you set your molds/holsters up?
Our molds are set exactly as the gun leaves the factory. If your gun has a magazine release that can switch sides, it will be molded out for the side that it comes from the factory, we will do our best to cut around where a swapped magazine release may be, but we do not test it swapped, nor can we modify our molds.

Do you do firearm transfers?

What is your waranty?
We waranty our holsters with free replacement up to one year from the date we ship the holster. After one year, we will offer a 30% off on a replacment holster of the same type, for the same model.
I have a coupon from a match or training, how do I handle it?
Our coupons have stated on them what they are for. Those are the only items that the coupon is good for. If it says a Red Hill Tactical custom product, that is referring only to items that we manufacture. Our coupons are to promote items we make, not other items that we sell for other manufacturers. Because in the past, we had more coupon codes used than we sent out we do require all coupons to be mailed to us. They can be mailed to 13024 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown MD 21742 or 13318 Newport Ct, Hagerstown MD 21742. Be aware we did move in 2023 and some coupons are out there that are older, please verify the address. If we do not get a coupon, we will not be providing the service. Over the course of time, people steal ID's and credit cards numbers all the time. We get roughly 5-10 attempts at credit card fraud per week. We do everything we can to prevent fraud on our end. Additionally, many items we sell have age restrictions on them across various states. In order to ensure we are complying with laws and protecting our customers, we may ask for an ID or piece of mail.
