Long Gun Transfers are $50. Pistol Transfers are $50, plus the $10 fee that you pay MSP for the background check.
Suppressors are $100 for the transfer fee, and that includes the use of Silencer Shop Kiosk and E-File for speed and accuracy. This is the link if you want to buy a
suppressor from Silencer Shop that we do not have in stock, there are no additional fees.
Customer is responsible for checking to make sure the firearm is on the MD roster. Here is the
link to the Maryland State Police Roster. If the firearm is not on the roster, you will be responsible for return shipping to the dealer, or a fee of $200 for us to submit it to MSP to be placed on the roster.
For MD regulated firearms you MUST have an HQL.
Only 10 round mags will be transfered, if the firearm has magazines with higher capacities we can block the magazine ($25 each magazine) or dispose of the higher capacity magazine.
Any transfer left with RHT for 30 days or more will be charged a $5.00 per day storage fee.
Any transfer left with RHT after 90 days will become the property of RHT.
