We will gladley accept returns of items we make for a manufacturing error. We do not accept any returns once the item has left the shop for mistakes made in the ordering, not liking the color, or no longer having the firearm. We do offer a 1 year replacement waranty on our holsters, after that, we do offer a 30% discount.
We do not accept any returns on Firearms, Firearm and Magazine Parts, and Knives. The manufacturer must be contacted to complete a return for defective materials. All are inspected prior to shipment.
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
We will NOT accept returns when the incorrect item is ordered on your part.
We will NOT accept returns for any firearm part that was ordered.
We do not honor warranty for other manufacturers products. You must notify them of the defect in their product. This includes attachments supplied with our holsters.
You are soleley responsible for knowing the requirements and rules of your shooting division. Many different groups have different dimensional measurements to maintain rules. We try to follow rule udpates, but they are difficult at time.
